In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "988bd" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at https://988bd.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services offered thereunder.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile browser interface, and any software application through which 988bd services are accessed.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by 988bd.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and related services made available on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by 988bd.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under these Terms before withdrawals are authorised.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time references on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local law.

By accessing the 988bd Platform, creating an Account, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and any of its Services. Continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the 988bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the use of any Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 988bd enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform in your individual capacity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 988bd is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or had your Account terminated by 988bd for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets or using any Service on the Platform.

988bd reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by 988bd may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of Services on 988bd, you are required to create a registered Account. Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a unique password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, 988bd requires completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process requires you to submit a clear copy or photograph of one of the following government-issued documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh Passport
• Bangladesh Driving Licence

988bd may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission (BST). 988bd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if deemed necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

All deposits and withdrawals on 988bd are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 988bd does not charge a deposit processing fee, however your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted after successful KYC verification are processed within an average of 15 minutes. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically settled instantly to near-instantly upon approval.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. 988bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

988bd reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, a breach of these Terms, or an ongoing investigation by 988bd's compliance team.

988bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, video poker, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus offers are subject to expiry. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in your account after the stated expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 988bd reserves the right to void bonus claims and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, collusion, or any activity that 988bd determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an attempt to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

988bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the relevant promotion page and take effect immediately upon posting.

All bets placed on the 988bd sportsbook and all gaming activity on the 988bd Casino are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game, as published in the rules section of the Platform, in addition to these general Terms.

Sports Betting: The settlement of bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports is determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted. 988bd reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, or where a manifest error in odds has occurred.

Live Casino: Games provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed by those studios' individual game rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino hand, the round outcome is determined by the game server log, which is treated as the definitive record.

Slots & Crash Games: All slot games and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independently audited for fairness. 988bd does not manipulate game results and accepts no responsibility for player losses arising from the inherent randomness of certified RNG games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of obscuring your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your Account.

988bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at any time through the account settings section or by contacting customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be suspended and they will be unable to access any Service.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, the Player's account is deactivated and all marketing communications are ceased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 988bd.
• Use any 988bd trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the delivery of Platform Services.

Any unauthorised use of 988bd's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988bd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds arising from participation in any game, sports bet, or other wagering activity on the Platform, whether resulting from player decision, game outcome, or technical error subsequently corrected.
• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or any force majeure event.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or any Service.
• Any third-party game content, odds feed inaccuracies, or live data errors originating from 988bd's technology providers, including game studios and data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 988bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

988bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as specified by 988bd.
• Discovery that false or misleading information was provided at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Any activity that 988bd reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of any applicable law.
• Receipt of a request or instruction from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or payment provider.

Upon termination for cause, 988bd reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by 988bd without cause, any verified balance (excluding Bonus Funds) held in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding verified balance will be paid out to the Player prior to closure, subject to all applicable KYC and AML checks being satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988bd is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 988bd's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration.

The Platform does not make any representation regarding the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

Players located in Bangladesh agree that all disputes shall first be submitted to 988bd's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
